Shipping Information

We offer shipping via UPS Next Day, 2-Day, UPS Select and Ground. Our shopping cart connects directly to the shipper during the order checkout process to accurately calculate shipping charges between our facility and your shipping address.

Our warehouses are located in different parts of the country. You may have multiple shipping charges depending upon how the order is placed. Overnight or 2nd day deliveries for Saturday arrival will have a surcharge of $20.00 per shipment per shipping location. Incorrect shipping addresses are subject to a $20.00 charge. Orders that are next day and 2-day delivery can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address.

You can track the order status by using the tracking number supplied, once the order has shipped. For advanced orders, (orders placed today for a shipment in the future) can be tracked once shipped using the order shipment confirmation.

Our normal shipping days for Next Day delivery are Monday thru Thursday for Tuesday thru Friday arrival unless it's a Saturday delivery in which case it will be shipped on Friday. Our normal shipping days for 2-Day are Monday thru Wednesday for Wednesday thru Friday deliveries unless it's a Saturday delivery in which case it will ship on Thursday. Shipping for Ground is Monday thru Friday.

Orders must be received by noon CST to be shipped the same day for Overnight and 2-Day delivery. All damage claims must be made on the day of delivery. Claims made at any other time will not be honored. 

*Saturday Delivery service is not available to all zip codes within the continental United States. If Saturday Delivery service is desired you will need to add it as an item to your shopping cart and indicate Saturday Delivery within the Additional Information area during checkout. We reserve the right to ship your order via a different shipper than you selected, if necessary, in order to meet your delivery requirements. We do not accept returns of products if the original shipping case has been opened unless pre-approved and a RMA has been issued, subject to our inspection and acceptance of the return. In case of returns or delivery refusal you will need to pay the shipping back costs.
